Savory Cooked Carrot

Ingredients

  • 4-8 carrots peeled and chopped, boiled
  • 1Tbsp olive oil
  • 2Tbsp fresh grated parmesan
  • 1tsp honey
  • kosher salt  pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Boil carrots till tender, drain and return back to pan on med-low heat.
  2. Toss with olive oil, parmesan, honey, salt and pepper.  Heat through 3-5min and serve.
