We cannot get enough of this refreshing summer sweet.
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
3 tbsp sugar
1 lime juiced and zested (set a little zest aside for topping)
1 tbsp water
- Mix all ingredients together in blender and pulse till mixed thoroughly.
- Pour into ice cream container & top with a little lime zest.
- Freeze for 3 hours or overnight.
- If you want to keep the ice cream for a week or so, store it with saran wrap over top and/or an airtight lid to keep it from oxidizing and becoming hard as a result.
