Quick, Easy & Delicious Lime Sorbet

lime sorbet2We cannot get enough of this refreshing summer sweet.

*2 servings

1 cup plain Greek Yogurt

3 tbsp sugar

1 lime juiced and zested (set a little zest aside for topping)

1 tbsp water

  1. Mix all ingredients together in blender and pulse till mixed thoroughly.
  2. Pour into ice cream container & top with a little lime zest.
  3. Freeze for 3 hours or overnight.
  4. If you want to keep the ice cream for a week or so, store it with saran wrap over top and/or an airtight lid to keep it from oxidizing and becoming hard as a result.Lime SOrbet
