Enjoy this light and satisfying twist on an old school favorite…
Light Whipping Cream
1. Beat whipping cream along with vanilla and a bit of confectioners sugar.
2. Line half graham crackers on baking tray. Now smear whipped cream on one half of a graham cracker and top with the other half.
3. Run knife or another utensil around rims of cracker to make clean lines and an evenly filled sandwich.
4. Let it set in freezer for about 2 hrs.
*Store in tupperware container for up to 6weeks!
This is my favorite combination but there are SO MANY others you can try. Have fun with this recipe! Kids will especially like to help make these…
Add coco powder and a bit of powdered sugar to the whipped cream for a chocolate filling
Use chocolate graham crackers to mimic the traditional ice cream sandwich
Add sprinkles, marshmallows, mini m&m’s or chocolate chips to the outer rim of the sandwich before freezing. Its makes for a cute presentation and kids of course love the variety and colors!
