These pancakes are so good and easy to make. You’d never guess they were flourless. Even my 1 1/2 year old can’t get enough! Enjoy:)
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2tsp baking soda
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper (for best results).
- Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl.
- Use 1/4cup to scoop batter onto parchment paper
- Bake 10-12min.
- Serve with organic maple syrup, blue berries and grass fed butter.
*you can also cook these on a skillet but I find it easier to bake them in the oven.
