Flourless, Almond Butter Pancakes

These pancakes are so good and easy to make.  You’d never guess they were flourless.  Even my 1 1/2 year old can’t get enough!  Enjoy:)



1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

2 eggs

1/2tsp baking soda

1/2tsp cinnamon

1/2tsp vanilla


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper (for best results).
  2. Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl.
  3. Use 1/4cup to scoop batter onto parchment paper
  4. Bake 10-12min.
  5. Serve with organic maple syrup, blue berries and grass fed butter.

*you can also cook these on a skillet but I find it easier to bake them in the oven.
