Easy Tilapia

Ingredients:

2, tilapia fillets

1/3 cup whole wheat flour

1 Tbsp old bay seasoning

1/2 Tbsp cayenne pepper *optional

1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together.  Set a frying pan to med heat and add olive oil.  Dip both sides of tilapia in dry mix and cook for 4min on each side.  Fish will flake easily when done

Serve with any of these things:

Quinoa & Broccoli

Sweet Potatoes & Asparagus

Fingerling Potatoes & Vegetable Medley
