I love to drink this smoothie post workout because the spinach and banana help give my body what it needs to recover and maintain my energy level throughout the day.
-1 serving chocolate protein
-1/2 frozen banana
-1-2tsp almond butter
-handful spinach (sometimes I use freeze dried greens)
-Fill with whatever liquid you like. I like to use 1/2 almond milk and 1/2 coconut water just to get the benefit of electrolyte replacement from the coconut water while still getting the creaminess from the almond milk.
*Blend and enjoy!
