Don’t Quit!

Don’t give up! You know you’ll want to start over again at some point so why quit now? Keep going. Schedule your workouts for the rest of the week and try your best to be present during them. Take a look at your schedule and plan what you’ll eat throughout your busy days too.
Keep up the good work and acknowledge the little things you do to stay on track with your fit goals.  Soon, regular exercise & healthy diet will become a habit but you gotta stick with the program to get there.
