Bikini Series PLAYLIST

Need a little exercise motivation this Monday?  Music always helps to get me moving and to get my mind off distractions like, work, finances, errands I should be running, or what I’ll wear out on an upcoming date night.  lol  It helps keep me focused on my workout!  So I made a playlist for you guys to jam to during your next sweat session.  Its 1 hour long complete with warm up and cool down songs so don’t stop moving till the music ends and you’ll surely get the workout your body is craving!

One last note, I’m in the middle of filming the BIKINI Series which will be released in May so be on the look out for more video workouts to come and for now, listen to some of the music that inspired the series…
