18min Workout with Katrina from Tone it Up

I love the Tone it Up girls and definitely look up to them because of how hard they’ve worked to get where they are in their profession but what I especially like about them is their training style.  Its similar to mine and I wish that I would have come up with this particular workout on my own!  The cool moves are perfectly sequenced and make for a full body burn without really feeling the ‘burn.’  I liked it so much that I had to share it with all my girls out there who are working hard to lose weight this winter.   Use a 10-15lb dumbbell if you don’t have a kettle bell.  I used a 20lb kettle bell and OUCH it was too much weight at times!  lol  But I enjoyed the challenge.

So get moving on this frigid Wednesday.  All you need is 18min to rev up your metabolism for the day!
