NYE Video Workout SPECIAL

Feel confident in your new years dress after you tone your arms & back, tighten your toosh, and flatten your belly!  Remember to drink a lot of water (1 1/2-2 gallons) to keep from bloating and feeling fatigued.   You’ll also want to stay away from starchy carbs (bread, pasta, any kind of sugar).  Those two tips PLUS this workout will have you feeling your best as you flaunt the rest at your NYE PARTY!!  Have fun!!
