Equipment: 1 set of HW Dumbbells (15-25lbs), mat

Warm Up

10 Jumping Jacks

10 Push Ups

10 Toe Touches

10 Side to Side Squats

Do 3 Rounds of…

20 Walking Lunge *use 15-25lb dumbbells

20 Sumo Squats *use 1, 15-25lb dumbbell

25 Back Extensions (do superman lifts on your mat if you’re not in the gym)

AMRAP (as many reps as possible) in 10min

10 Burpees

10 Jump Lunges

Boat to Canoe Modification
Knee to Chin Sit Up

10 Knees to Chin Crunch (similar to yoga’s, boat to canoe pose)

20 Push Ups

Crab Kick-2
Crab Kick

20 Crab Kicks

20 Jump Squats

20 Mountain Climbers

Handstand Practice- 10 tries
