Use Tea everyday in your diet!  Here are some of my favorites

-Herba Matte in the morning *for energy

-Lemon Tea in the morning *detoxifying

-Green Tea btw 12-3 *assists in weight loss

-Ginger tea at night *assists with digestion

-Licorice root at night *helps with indigestion

-Peppermint Tea at any time of the day *helps curb appetite
